What to bring.

Depending on what service is booked, here are some tips for a smooth transition, with available amenities.

  • Full spa session with massage and sauna.

Please feel free to bring a personal robe to wear from massage room to sauna room. This is for ease, if you’re not wanting to dress after massage, just to undress for sauna. Personal preference here of course.

  • Sauna.

Things I would add to my spa bag for your visit:

Please bring in a personal water bottle (not plastic) for sauna use. You can certainly fill up prior to use or help yourself to a bottle of water here before you head out the door.

Some of the programs work up a good sweat. Hot towels are provided after sauna use but an extra pair of underwear and hair tie might come in pretty handy.

  • Straight to the point.

If time is of essence and all you have time for is that much needed massage, nothing from home is needed.
